Very good food, always a pleasure! Unfortunately the prices are very high and the restaurant is not very comfortable! Today, for example, it was so cold in the restaurant that my wife and I almost put on our jackets! And when all the smell of cigarettes comes in from outside, it's anything but pleasant! But apart from that, really recommended, just because of the new, charming service! The waitress alone is worth a visit!!

A pity. Have ordered and 2!!! Waited hours for food even though 1 hour was stated as the delivery time. And unfortunately it wasn't worth it... Cheese spaetzle tastes like nothing, the 5 pieces of cevapcici are not good and are so crusty that you can hardly bite into them, but we got a whole plate full of potatoes...too bad for the money

Ordered Online. They forgot something and instantly drove back to me to get it in less than 20 minutes. And I have to say that this happened the first time and I placed an order at their restaurant many times before. Mistakes always happen, but the importance is how they manage to correct it and I am absolutely astounded by their customer support. Super nice and friendly Service! The food is also impressively good. Can definitely recommend!

The longer journey by public transport in Vienna is worth it to stop off at the “Zum Hopfbär” restaurant. Bus 26a stops almost in front of the door. The atmosphere is bright, friendly and rustically cozy. The service is extremely friendly. The restaurant specializes in cordon bleu. But you can also get other dishes. If you think of cordon bleu like I do, you will often think of a pretty boring dish from the food industry, for example from the freezer section in the supermarket or the company canteen. But here you are completely wrong! The restaurant offers around a dozen (!) different Cordon Bleu variants. I enjoyed one with blueberries and left out the chili flakes. This is traditionally served with a homemade potato salad, which tastes delicious. What can I say about the enjoyment of food? I never would have thought that Cordon Bleu, of all things, would taste so good to me. There was also a shandy and then a delicious apricot schnapps. In terms of price, the Hopfbär is in the middle class, I would say. We stopped in for lunch and everyone was thrilled. One thing is certain: I'll be back! ;-)
